Information generated by visits
Our server generates access and security logs that may include IP addresses, visit times, request addresses, response status, browser identifiers and referring pages. These records support page delivery, troubleshooting and detection of abnormal access. The current informational pages do not offer registration or online message forms, use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, or actively access device contacts or precise location.
The current language selection is carried in a URL parameter rather than an advertising cookie. Your browser may cache static images and styles. You can manage this cache in browser settings; clearing it may cause resources to be downloaded again.
Contacting us and processing purposes
If you contact us by email, we receive the address, name, contact details, requirements and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond or carry forward the project discussion you requested. Please send only what is needed, and avoid identity documents, passwords or unauthorized third-party information in an initial enquiry.
Storage, retention and service providers
The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in mainland China. The current Nginx configuration rotates logs daily and retains up to 190 rotated files. Empty logs are not rotated, so this does not define an exact 190-day period. Retention is limited to operational, security and applicable legal needs. Email records are retained according to enquiry handling, project performance and applicable legal obligations, and should be deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary and no retention obligation applies.
Hosting and business-email providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. The current informational pages do not integrate overseas analytics or advertising services. External links, such as the registration enquiry link, lead to services governed by their operators' privacy rules.
Your rights and security
You may use the contact email to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or an explanation of our handling rules. Describe your interaction with us and the requested action. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Where immediate deletion is legally unavailable, we will explain the reason and restrictions. Withdrawal does not affect consent-based processing before withdrawal.
The site uses HTTPS and access controls for server administration. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
